Executive Assistant & Office Manager

We are growing rapidly and looking for an energetic, smiling,  enthusiastic Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our team and be the heart of the office! 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage our CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings for the executive team. 
  • Be the right hand to our Chief of Staff; Organize agendas, follow up on action items and provide full support and assistance as needed. 
  • Manage our front desk; being the first point of contact for our company and the center of the office, welcome guests and greet people who visit at the office. 
  • Be responsible for all office operations and logistics including: maintenance, ordering office supplies & equipment.
  • Be responsible for local shipping and deliveries to/ from suppliers.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an EA and Office Manager at a startup environment. 
  • Mother tongue level English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • People’s person with a big smile! 🙂
  • Attention to details and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks on a daily basis
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Positive, proactive and with a can do approach.
  • Desire to evolve and look for creative ideas to expand the role.
