Talent Acquisition Specialist


Locusview is a global growth stage SaaS startup in the digital construction management space that enables infrastructure organizations to scale execution and optimize their capital investments. Our platform leverages mobile, web, and hardware technologies to create guided workflows in the field and back offices to optimize safety and efficiency at all stages of long-cycle work from planning to execution and close-out.

In order for us to keep growing, we're looking to expand our HR Team and seek for a talented, creative and data driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us and become an integral part of our growth efforts!

In this role you will:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of hiring for multiple positions end to end both locally and globally.
  • Actively source top talents for our growing departments using several, innovative sourcing channels, both locally and globally. 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify the business needs, develop and implement hiring strategies to bring in “best in class” talents. 
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions while leading processes of tracing and developing new outreach opportunities and tools. 
  • Join the HR team and be an active participant of our team’s initiatives such as welfare, employer branding, etc.
  • Work closely with our employees to drive referral opportunities and make Locusview a “hiring organization”.


  • 2+ years of proven Hands-on experience managing full life cycle recruitment at a fast paced environment (preferably startup companies). 
  • Significant understanding of technical skills and requirements, deep understanding of the company's products and business needs. 
  • Experience conducting HR behavioral interviews for several positions. 
  • Experience utilizing several hiring tools (such as sourcing, LinkedIn campaigns, referral programs) to attract top talents. 
  • High understanding of Sourcing tools such as Boolean search, Recruiter etc. 
  • Excellent English&Hebrew level - both written and verbal.
  • Data driven, work well with data analysis and make data driven decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • A passion for learning, proactive & Can-do attitude.
