Office Manager - Part time.
LocusView is a ‘family like’ global SU company located in Herzliya Pituach. We are developing a software solution for collecting and managing data in real time for customers in the energy sector.
We are 42 employees at the moment and we’re looking for an office manager to run our new office!
What will you do:
- Managing front desk; being the first point of contact for our company, welcome guests and greet people who visit at the office.
- Responsibility for all office operations and logistics including: maintenance, ordering office supplies & equipment.
- Supervision and responsibility for the cleaning team, making sure the office has a nice working environment.
- Closely collaborating with the HR Team on different assignments; welcoming candidates, welfare events planning, social media operation and administrative help.
- Responsibility for local shipping and deliveries to/ from suppliers.
What you need to bring with you:
- Excellent English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Positive, proactive and with a can do approach.
- Desire to evolve and look for creative ideas to expand the role.
