Office Manager - Part Time.

We are growing and looking for an energetic, smiling, positive attitude Office Manager to join our team and be the heart of the office!
What you’ll do:
- Managing the front desk; being the first point of contact for our company, welcome guests and greet people who visit at the office.
- Responsibility for all office operations and logistics including: maintenance, ordering office supplies & equipment.
- Supervision and responsibility of the cleaning team, making sure the office has a nice working environment.
- Closely collaborating with the HR Team on different assignments; welcoming candidates, welfare events planning, social media operation and administrative help.
- Responsibility for local shipping and deliveries to/ from suppliers.
- Excellent English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- People’s person with a big smile! 🙂
