SDR Team Lead


Locusview is a global growth stage SaaS startup in the digital construction management space that enables infrastructure organizations to scale execution and optimize their capital investments. Our platform leverages mobile, web, and hardware technologies to create guided workflows in the field and back offices to optimize safety and efficiency at all stages of long-cycle work from planning to execution and close-out.

We're seek a high-energy and dynamic Team Lead to build and manage our SDR team and work within our growing marketing department. You will be responsible for servicing inbound sales and related inquiries, focusing on engaging with and qualifying prospects. The SDR team is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, lead and coach our Sales Development Representatives to provide Marketing Qualified Leads to our Account Executives.
  • Work with Account Executives globally and be responsible for a productive handoff of the Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Locusview’s Digital Construction Platform
  • Take part in building our SDR strategy as part of the marketing department


  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR Team Lead in a B2B tech company.
  • 2+ years of proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: HubSpot\Salesforce, LinkedIn.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points requirements and correlating potential business
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
