A digital platform that collects, validates and manages new construction data for energy infrastructure. GPS and barcode scanning automate the creation of as-built sketches. Digital forms standardize data collection for company and contract crews, verifying collected data is complete and valid. Sensor-based data collection process reduces manual data entry, which increases data integrity. Pre-configured smart validations are prompted in real-time to identify data, material and workmanship errors Real-time data visualization is available through a web tool, enabling project progress tracking as well as a guided QA\QC processes while work is in progress. Deviations from design and company procedures are flagged for review. Once a project is reviewed and approved, it is exported to the enterprise systems of record (GIS & Asset Management Systems) to complete the project closing process.

Pioneering innovative methods that allow high accuracy GPS data (up to decimeter accuracy for x,y, and z coordinate) to be collected by construction crews with minimal training. To increase accuracy and reliability, real-time correction is available through a network of base stations.

Validations can be configured to ensure that the correct materials were installed by qualified people using the correct tools in accordance with project design parameters. Validations allow errors to be identified and corrected in real-time before the project is submitted to the office for review.

Systems integration

Data integration is automated using restful APIs or replication methods, enabling auto-syncing and updates. GIS and work orders can be imported into our platform. Field collected data is automatically sent to the enterprise systems of record including GIS and asset management systems.

as-built reports

As-built reports with sketches, material lists and other closing package information can be automatically generated. Sketches include symbology, reference points and dimension lines. The reports are highly configurable to meet company format and content requirements.
